To offer our customers a large variety of products to help them 'Do the Job Right', Eastwood participates in Dropshipping (also known as product sourcing) with many manufacturers.
What is Dropshipping?
Dropshipping means products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you, so Eastwood relies on the supplier for inventory, shipping, and delivery details. This can occasionally lead to discrepancies outside our control, but we work closely with vendors to ensure accurate and timely information.
Dropship Returns
Returning purchases with dropship items differs due to the involvement of the manufacturer. Once a return is requested, the supplier is contacted for a return authorization. All Dropship purchases are subject to the manufacturer's return requirements & policies.
Return Process
Dropship returns take additional time to process. The majority of suppliers require the return of the product before a replacement or refund can be issued by Eastwood.
All returns are subject to the vendor's final decision. Processing times can vary and beyond Eastwood's control.
