Once your order is placed, our systems are designed to ship your products as soon as possible. We can attempt to intercept the order but, can not guarantee that your order will be cancelled before it is packaged and shipped.
If an order is shipped that you had otherwise requested to be cancelled, we can assist with setting up a return. See How do I initiate a Return for additional details.
To offer our Eastwood customers all the tools to "Do the job right" We also offer hundreds of items that ship directly from the manufacturer. These orders are not able to be cancelled or changed once placed.
