Source/Discount Code Not Working?

If your Source or Discount Code isn't working and you have not completed checkout please see below for possible reasons and solutions:

  1. Make sure that the items in your cart meet the requirements of the promotion. 
    Each promotion has specific requirements in order for the code to apply in addition to the standard exclusions that are applicable to all promotions

  2. Remove the code by clicking on "Cancel Source or Coupon Code" and re-enter the code:
    We are constantly making updates and improvements to our website, and promotions may change regularly. If a change went into affect since you last visited the site or, if the promotion has since changed, you will want to remove the existing code to either re-apply the code you had or replace it with a new one. 
  3. Contact our Customer Solutions department.

Already Placed Your Order?

If you already completed checkout and realized afterwards that the code that you used didn't work. We would recommend contacting us by email or form with your Name & Order # Included. We will respond back letting you know why it may not have been or, confirming that it was and that a refund has been initiated for you.
