When can I expect my Refund or Replacement?

We generally release refunds within 24 hours after receiving an applicable return. When a refund is issued over the phone, those are generally released that same day.

Replacements

Replacements will be issued dependent upon whether the replacement is initated by a corresponding return.

Unless otherwise stated, replacements will be shipped via standard ground or freight.

Time: 5 to 7 Business Days, dependent on the bank.

As a policy we exclusively issue refunds to a credit card back to the original method of payment. be If the card used is no longer valid, the refund will be sent to the bank which issued the original card. They will then apply the refund to the new card or alternate means.

Method: Original method of payment
Time: 24 to 48 Business Hours

PayPal

Method: Refund issued to Paypal within 3 to 5 Business Days
Time: Dependent on customer's PayPal setup.

Method: Physical Check mailed via USPS.
Timeline: Up to 30 Calendar Days

For Orders that were placed on 3rd-Party Virtual Eastwood Storefronts such as Amazon, eBay & Walmart.

Method: Payment is returned to the vendor where the original purchase was made.
Timeline: 3 to 5 business days, Refund then is dependent on pay method & marketplace platform
