  1. Orders Placed & Shipped directly from Eastwood or Yost (www.eastwood.com)
  2. Orders Placed with Eastwood or Yost & Shipped via 3rd-Party
  3. Orders placed with an Eastwood Operated Storefront via Online Marketplace
  4. Orders placed with an Authorized Reseller for Eastwood Products

 

For All Orders Placed with & Shipped from Eastwood or Yost

Our systems are designed to ship your products as soon as possible. As a result, we can not guarantee that your order will be cancelled before it is packaged and shipped.

Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible, Monday-Friday 9:00AM to 6:00PM EST at 1 (800) 343-9353, Option 2

If an order is already shipped that you had otherwise requested to be cancelled, we can assist with setting up a return. See How do I initiate a Return for additional details. 

Orders that are refused at point of delivery without arranging for a return will have a 10% restocking fee applied.

 

For All Orders Placed with Eastwood or Yost & Shipped From a 3rd-Party .

Due to the nature of how 3rd-Party shipped products are processed, these are generally not able to be cancelled once placed. 

All products shipped via 3rd-Party manufacturer are subject to additional rules set by the respective manufacturer.

For All Orders placed through an Eastwood Operated Storefront via Online Marketplace (i.e. Walmart, Amazon or eBay)

Orders placed through an Eastwood Storefront operated on an Online Marketplace are subject to rules that are unique to that storefront.

Requests to cancel or questions concerning your order should be submitted through the marketplace where the order was placed.

Products sold through an Authorized reseller are subject to the rules, processes and policies of that individual reseller. Communications regarding cancellations or returns should be addressed with the entity where the original order was placed.
