Where is my Order?
Looking for a status update?
If you are logged in, generally the order status of your recent order should appear within your account's Order History.
Otherwise you can click here to navigate to the Order Look-up tool.
Not getting any results?
- In the top box, please make sure to only enter the numbers that follow your order number. Your Order number should begin with an "E" or "SO-" and can be found in your confirmation email.
- Double check how the Zip Code was entered on the shipping address for your order. It may require the full 9 digit code if the order was placed using it.
Still not seeing results?
It may be due to one of the below reasons
Your order hasn't shipped yet
Please allow 1-2 days for tracking information to be updated. Orders placed outside the business week (Monday-Friday) will be processed the next available business day.
If your order contained back-ordered items, the order may be held to ship complete and you would have received an email notification.
If you would like the remainder of your order to ship in advance, Please contact us at 1 (800) 343-9353, Option 3, to speak with a mamber of our Customer Service team.
The shipping carrier may have more detailed information about your package. the tracking number can be used on the carriers website directly for the most current updates.
Your order may be delayed
Weather, traffic, and more can cause delivery delays with carriers. Most late packages will arrive within 24 to 48 hours of the expected delivery date. If the order has already been shipped, you can't cancel it. Check with the carrier for more information.
Tracking shows order was delivered but you haven’t received it

Tracking shows undeliverable status
The carrier was not able to deliver your package, and they will return it to Eastwood. We will automatically issue you a replacement when we receive the package. The replacement can take 1-3 business days to process before being released.
Packages from Dropship Vendors
We partner with dropship vendors of all sizes to provide our customers with access to a wide variety of products. Some vendors may not have systems in place to share active shipping updates.
