What should I consider When purchasing a Freight delivered product?




Unlike standard shipments, Freight deliveries may require addtional coordination & equipment to ensure that the product can be unloaded and delivered safely. 

Planning & Coordination:
When placing an order online or over the phone, please make sure to:

  • Update your contact information: Provide a primary and back-up phone number to avoid having the product returned to the terminal and potentially accruing.
  • Consider time of day and availability:

Access & Equipment:

  • Limited Access Window?: If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or live within a community that has security, or live in an area with narrow or steep roads - providing this information up front can assist in ensuring that the delivery can make it to your destination. 
  • Heavy or Large product?: Many products require a lift-gate for delivery if a dock is  unavailable. Certain products may even require a forklift, and are typically noted with a logo found on the product page:

    We do not arrange or provide rental services for a forklift. It is recommended to search for a local provider and to consider the additional costs associated.
