Troubleshooting Your Account

Stuck? No worries! See below for a few quick fixes. 

If you're having trouble getting into your account here are a few solutions that may help:

Password not working

  1. Verify that the password you are writing is correct: Double check for Caps lock or Num lock on your keyboard. 
  2. Reset Password: Click on the link next to the Sign In button or, click Forgot Password.

Order not showing in Order history?

  1. Double check your email confirmation to make sure you used the same email:

    If you checked out as guest, but used a different email or misstyped the email then it will not appear in your account and, unfortunately we won't be able to add it. 

    We can provide you with an invoice for your records upon request. 

Default address is updating both Shipping & Billing?

  1. Make sure you are updating from the Address book
    Changes made from My Account will update both addresses.
