# Source/Discount Code Not Working?

If your Source or Discount Code isn't working and you have not completed checkout please see below for possible reasons and solutions:**

1. **Make sure that the items in your cart meet the requirements of the promotion.**   
   Each promotion has specific requirements in order for the code to apply in addition to the standard exclusions that are applicable to all promotions

   These requirements can include time, minimum $ value of order, or shipping address restrictions.

2. **Remove the code by clicking on "Cancel Source or Coupon Code" and re-enter the code:**  
   We are constantly making updates and improvements to our website, and promotions may change regularly. Remove the existing code to either re-apply the code you had or replace it with a new one.
3. **Contact our Customer Solutions department.**  
   If you continue to encounter an issue please reach out to our Customer Service team in the Customer Solutions department.
