How do I initiate a return?

We understand that sometimes a product needs to be returned. No need to worry, we want to get you to the right place.

We sell our products Online, In-Store, Online Marketplaces & 3rd-Party Resellers. 

To ensure the best experience, please check to see where and when the product was purchased and read below for further instructions.  See our Return Policy page for additional details.

Returns Policy
1. Identify where the product was purchased:
  • Products Purchased Online at www.Eastwood.com: 
    • Please Contact Customer Solutions by phone at 1-(800) 343-9353 (Option 1), by filling out our Returns Form, or through Chat. 

Please Note: Products shipped via 3rd-Party Manufacturer may be subject to additional fees and additional rules. Acceptance of a return & issuance of a refund may be subject manufacturer approval.

  • Products purchased In-Person at an Eastwood Retail Location:
    • Products purchased in-store may be returned with the receipt in any any Eastwood Automotive Tools Store. (See Store information for hours of operation.)

Returns of product purchased via www.Eastwood.com are subject to approval by the store location. 

  • Authorized 3rd Party Reseller or Online Marketplace (Amazon, eBay, Walmart)
    • Returns must be handled through the original point of purchase. Please see retailer for additional details

2. Once you've received an RMA#, if the product is being returned, please address the package to:*

  • Please make sure to include the Return form inside of the package.
  • Make note of the tracking number for your personal records & send the number to us if the label was not provided by Eastwood. 

3. When the order is received, it will be reviewed by our Returns Team. If there are any questions - we will reach out!

Generally refunds or replacements are issued within 24 business hours of the return being received. For additional details on refund & replacement expectations, see Refund & Replacement Expectations
