While we trust that our products are reliable and back that up through our Warranty and Technical Support team, we understand that things may happen that fall outside of our Warranty coverage.

The Eastwood Service Plan (ESP) covers repairs or replacement for 1 or 2 years beyond the manufacturer's warranty depending on the plan selected.

How to Purchase

  • At the Point of Sale:
    If the product is eligible, the ESP is available to add at the time of purchase Online, OverthePhone ,or In-Store.
  • Post-Purchase: 
    Forgot to add the ESP or changed your mind later on? No worries! You can still protect your investment with an Extended Service Plan.

    ESPs purchased after the fact must be purchased over the phone or in-store, so feel free to stop by or give us a call at 1 (800) 343-9353, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
