Eastwood Torque is a paid membership program that rewards you for shopping the restoration products and supplies you already love — plus everyday purchases at 1,000+ other retailers. As a member, you earn cash back in the form of Eastwood E-Gift Cards that you can use on future purchases, and you can claim rebates to help offset your shipping costs.

Membership starts with a free 30-day trial, then just $16.95 per month. You can cancel anytime, and any savings you have already earned are yours to keep.

How much does membership cost, and how does billing work?

Membership starts with a free 30-day trial, then $16.95 per month. Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, and any savings you have already earned are yours to keep.

Who is eligible to join?

Membership is available to residents of the United States (excluding Iowa) and its territories (including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands), as well as consumers with APO/FPO addresses. There is a limit of one membership per household, and benefits are available only to you and your immediate family. Your membership is non-transferable, and purchases deemed to be commercial, high-volume/reseller, or business use are not eligible for benefits.

Which brands are eligible for 10% BACK?

You earn 10% BACK on qualifying purchases made directly from Eastwood. Purchases at Eastwood.com earn 10% BACK automatically, while purchases at an Eastwood retail store or by phone or mail order earn 10% BACK when you submit a rebate claim. Eastwood products purchased on third-party sites are not eligible for 10% BACK.

What is the Marketplace?

The Marketplace includes 1,000+ popular retailers eligible for 5% BACK, Shipping Rebates, and Return Shipping Rebates — all in the form of Eastwood E-Gift Cards. To visit the Marketplace, sign in to your online account, click “Shop” on your main menu, then choose “Shop Marketplace.”

Are Shipping Rebates automatic for Eastwood.com purchases?

No. Unlike your 10% BACK benefit, Shipping Rebates on Eastwood.com purchases are not applied automatically. If you paid for shipping on a qualifying order, submit a rebate claim to be reimbursed (up to $10 per purchase) in the form of an Eastwood E-Gift Card. Sign in to your account, click “Rebates” on your main menu, and follow the instructions to submit your claim with valid proof of purchase.

How and when do I receive my savings?

All of your earnings appear on the Savings page in your member portal, whether you shop at Eastwood or at Marketplace and travel retailers. E-Gift Cards are issued by email on the 15th of every month for all approved qualifying earnings from the previous month.

  • Rebate claims must be submitted within 60 days of your purchase date.
  • Allow up to 3 weeks for online claims, and 3–6 weeks for mailed claims, to be processed and added to your Savings.
  • You can check your Savings and claim status anytime by calling Customer Service at 888-928-1806.
How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel anytime. To cancel online, sign in at EastwoodTorque.com/sign-in, click “Account” on your main menu, then select “Cancel Membership” and follow the instructions. You can also cancel by calling Customer Service 24/7 at 888-928-1806 or by emailing your request to CustomerService@EastwoodTorque.com. You’ll keep your benefits until the end of your current monthly term, and you’ll receive an Eastwood E-Gift Card for any remaining approved balance.
